Starting in the spring/summer. Short circuits are old-school multi-discipline training sessions that include cardiovascular, bodyweight and free weight exercises for a high-energy, full-body workout.
Sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday morning, 6.30-7.15am. The location is Twickenham Green. Parking is free around the green and in nearby streets before 8am.
First session free
£7 per session, sold in five-week blocks (5 or 10 sessions).
What to bring with you
You need to bring with you to each session;
- a water bottle or other drink
- a light carbohydrate snack
- warm layers to put on after the session (including gloves & hats in colder weather)
- a towel in wet weather
How to Join
It is essential that you complete a health screening questionnaire prior to your first session. This is to establish any contraindications to exercise and to ensure that any special considerations are known to the instructor when you arrive. Booking a trial session is easy. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a free trial session. You will be sent a health questionnaire to complete and bring with you to the session (or return by email).
