Kicking off with a free yoga class in April at Rivermeads Hall, Twickenham, Mama yoga will hopefully begin early May 2019. The class is one hour long and will focus improving body awareness, conditioning the body as a whole and clearing the mind of noise and chatter to foster a sense of calm so that you leave feeling light and peaceful.
Classes will run every Thursday, 7.45-8.45pm. The venue is Rivermeads Hall, 378 Staines Rd, Twickenham TW2 5JA. There are toilet facilities on site and parking is on Staines road or in the residential streets around the hall.
First session free
£8 per session, sold in blocks of five.
